Where am I standing???

Can you guess where I am? I know only locals would have a clue. My focus was the flag on this windy day. When I say the photo I thought how random is this? Can you tell where I am? Then I thought...make it a game of sorts...I love where's Waldo. This is kind of the reverse...have fun :0)
