Blood drawn, for A1c. The A1c is a test to see how your blood sugars are over a 3 month period of time. No talking my way out of this...I have an appointment on Wednesday with the Doc. Anxiety is high knowing it will not be a good visit. The optimum level is 7% or lower. I was at 7.5...now I am at 7.7...sucks to be me.
Nothing quite like the A1c anxiety...Katy fights me constantly..being a teen hers has been 8.0-8.5 and that relly stinks..I have tried so hard to get her to monitor herself closer but to no avail. :) Try not to put too much pressure on yourself as anxiety raises blood sugar! Good luck :)- brandi
