Every time we have tacos, I remember the day I brought home my Chihuahua, Maggie. We had tacos that night and she wouldn't leave my side. I was afraid she would get splattered or stepped on. Of course we all kept saying, "yo quiero taco bell?" Now that she is 10 years old, I think, will I be sad on taco night when she is no longer here?
Why do create problems that have yet to exist?
I think you realize that life is precious and that a day may come where she will be gone. I think as we get older we think of those things more. So I don't think you create problems at all :) I have a 10 y.o. chihuahua myself.
ReplyDeleteBrandi is so wise beyond her years. I totally agree with her. I think the older we get the more aware we are. Can't help it. It's God's way of making sure we don't miss an opportunity to be thankful.
